Quality Assurance (QA) – Process Management
In all our projects, we create Quality Plans based on internationally recognized engineering standards (ASME, API, EN, ASTM).
Procedure Focus: Special "Application Methods" and "Inspection and Test Plans" (ITP) are prepared for each discipline, from insulation to mechanical assembly.

Quality Control (QC) – On-Site Technical Inspection
We turn our theoretical plans into reality through rigorous on-site inspection mechanisms.
Incoming Quality Control: Every material entering the site is meticulously inspected for compliance with technical specifications and certification.
In-Process Inspection: Thickness measurements, torque checks, surface preparation tests and leak-tightness controls are performed by our expert QA/QC engineers.
NDT & Reporting: Completed work is verified with international test methods and recorded in "As-Built" documentation.
Continuous Improvement and Traceability

Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Every piece of field feedback is analyzed to make our processes more perfect.
Full Traceability: All data—from the material used to the technician's certification—is recorded to create a digital memory.
