Ercan Tetikoğulları
General ManagerBorn in 1968, Ercan Tetikoğulları is one of the doyen figures of the industrial insulation sector, forged through the technical discipline of Yıldız Technical University. Throughout his career spanning 33+ years, he has managed the insulation strategies of massive refineries, power plants and petrochemical complexes in Turkey. The architect of DETA's "Zero Defect" and "Technical Excellence" vision, Tetikoğulları is married with one child.
Yusuf Demircan
Board MemberBorn in 1985, Yusuf Demircan combines his Mechanical Engineering background with specialization in "Industrial Scaffolding"—the most critical discipline of high-risk sites. With 15+ years of experience, he is the strongest on-site advocate of international standards (EN/OSHA) in complex structure access solutions and safety-driven scaffolding installations in Turkey. Demircan is married with two children.
Çağkan Taylan Taşkın
Board MemberBorn in 1980, Çağkan Taylan Taşkın graduated from Uludağ University Mechanical Engineering in 2004. He has been executing strategic projects in the mechanical sector for over 20 years. With deep expertise in the mechanical installation, assembly and maintenance processes of industrial facilities, he manages the technical direction of DETA's integrated service capacity. Taşkın is married with two children.
