In modernen Industrieanlagen, Produktionshallen und Gewerbebauten gewährleisten Lüftungskanäle den verlustfreien Transport konditionierter Zuluft, hygienischer Prozessluft und den Notfall-Rauchabzug. Unzureichend gedämmte Luftkanäle verursachen jedoch schwere Kondensation (Schwitzen), unkontrollierte Energieverluste, störenden Lüfterlärm und Schwachstellen im baulichen Brandschutz.
Deta Endüstri realisiert normgerechte Kanalisolierungen nach VDI 2055, DIN EN ISO 12241 und EN 1366-1 für rechteckige und runde Wickelfalzrohre. Bei Kaltluftkanälen sorgt geschlossenzelliger Elastomerschaum (μ ≥ 7000) für absolute Tauwassersicherheit, während warmgehende Leitungen mit alukaschierter Steinwolle und Rauchabzugskanäle mit zertifizierten EI60 - EI120 Brandschutzsystemen ausgerüstet werden.
Für Kanalsysteme im Außenbereich (Dach- und Fassadenmontage) fertigen und montieren wir passgenaue, gesickte Blechmäntel aus 0,80 mm - 1,00 mm Aluminium oder verzinktem Stahlblech, die das Dämmsystem dauerhaft vor UV-Strahlung, Sturm und Schlagregen schützen.
